    Very no reuputed Builder and No Good Staff

    Hi all, I would like to share an advise based on the purchase of my Flat in Riverwood Park. It has been more than 5 years since I have purchased the flat and it has been not yet completed and no final date of posession has been given to us yet and nor any compensation for the delay. We have always payed the amount on time and in return we have got is delay. Plus the quality of work done by the builder as compared to what was told by us during booking has completely changed. Hence I would suggest do not buy any flat from this builder as we are still paying rent plus loan but the flat is not yet delivered to us and on RERA as well which is in builders favour, they keep on increasing the dates.
